I pride myself on having a good working relationship with all my clients and every effort is made to make all parties happy. Here are the Terms & Conditions of selling with Back On The Rails
All items brought into BOTR MUST be in good condition and freshly laundered.
Any defect with the item must be disclosed before pricing is agreed.
Back On The Rails is a Clothes Agency, therefore we sell items on behalf of our clients.
Item pricing is agreed with the client before going on sale.
The client will receive 50% of the final selling price.
Prices do occasionally vary at point of sale but not more than 10%. Please advise if you would prefer not.
Items are left at the owners risk. We cannot be liable for an item damaged or stolen.
We pay out 50% commission on the agreed sale price.
Commission will be paid in the form of bank transfer or cash – please advise which you would prefer.
You will be notified by email/whatsapp when your item is sold.
Your items will be held for a period of 8 weeks after which time if they are unsold you can come and collect them otherwise they will be donated to charity. Cancer Research
Please make sure you are 100% happy before you purchase. Items in this shop are on a ‘sold as seen’ basis having been inspected before they go on sale.
